Office of Sponsored Projects

The Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) is centralized and serves the research enterprise at PC/PCSP by ensuring the compliance with grantor requirements, training an efficient grants office staff, increasing the number of grants submitted and ultimately increasing the number of students (undergraduate and graduate pharmacy) involved in faculty-directed extramurally funded research.

Survey for general funding opportunities in addition to individual funding searches for new or continuing research, curriculum development, workshops, equipment, and facilities.

  • Planning Considerations
  • Institutional Oversight
  • Budget Planning
  • Proposal Submission

Post-Award Management

  • Set up and manage grant accounts
  • Provide financial/progress reporting to agencies
  • Provide financial reporting to Principal Investigators/Project Directors
  • Grant closeout

  • Human Subjects (IRB)
  • Animal Subjects (IACUC)
  • Biohazard/Chemical/rDNA
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Research Integrity
