During each session, participants and a trained diabetes educator engage in discussions about health information and how it relates to their personal experiences. After these conversations, participants are encouraged to create workable plans to use what they\u2019ve learned to make long-term behavior changes that can improve their health.<\/p>\n<p>This program is offered at no cost to PC employees or members of the surrounding community and neighboring counties.
