Pharmacy Practice

Pharmacy Practice

The Pharmacy Practice Department at Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy consists of licensed pharmacists that provide clinical services in addition to teaching students in the classroom and laboratories. Collaborations with regional healthcare institutions allow our faculty to provide pharmacy care services and enrich the learning experiences for our students.
Our mission is to improve the health of the peoples we serve and positively impact the delivery of quality equitable pharmacy care.
Faculty interests are varied, from providing care to indigent patients to worksite wellness and disease state management. From community practitioners to critical care specialists our faculty provide excellent role models of providing pharmacy care services and enlightened leadership in addressing the health care needs of a diverse patient population. A partnership with the free medical clinics of South Carolina allows our faculty and students to serve the healthcare needs of our community and truly live the motto, “while we live, we serve.”
