On January 29th, the Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy held the 5th Annual Taste of Culture event at lunchtime. It was a wonderful success because our students and faculty participated in not only eating but preparing the great cuisine. We had food from Wisconsin, the Pee Dee, Germany, Peru, Poland, India, Philippines, Italy, Puerto Rico, Japan, American Southwest, Greece, Pennsylvania Dutch Country, South Carolina and the Appalachia region. We also had artifacts from West Africa.
The food and fellowship were wonderful. Everyone found something they liked and something they had never tried before. The diversity of food brought our diverse pharmacy community together today in a way we can all appreciate…EATING!
Thanks for all the student and faculty participation and we will continue to make this a yearly event.
